Signing locks the day: the work log, survey, and photos become the permanent record. Once a day is signed, the database blocks inserts, updates and deletes on that day's work logs, time cards, survey answers and attachments.
The Daily PDF
A signed day's PDF is served from the stored file, and only after the file matches its fingerprint.

No Signal? Keep Logging
Keep logging with no signal: entries are saved on this phone and go to the record when you have a bar, and if a row changed meanwhile you see both copies and decide.
Photo Location
With it on, T4GC keeps where a photo was taken and shows a map pin; with it off, the location is removed when the photo arrives.

Connect your monday.com account, and projects, daily reports and punch items show up on your boards.
Dropbox Folders
Connect your company's Dropbox, and photos and files are filed to your own folders.
