Tier 4 Support is an IT consulting firm founded by Erik Courtney and based in Santa Monica, California. We specialize in serving small and mid-size businesses — professional offices, medical practices, and growing companies — with hands-on, personalized technology support.
Our clients rely on us for everything from day-to-day helpdesk issues to complex network overhauls and compliance projects. We understand the demands of business-critical IT and the importance of system uptime in environments where downtime means lost revenue.

Billing & Policies
Payment
Invoices are issued upon completion of work and are due on receipt. We accept credit card, ACH, and Zelle. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds & Disputes
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us within 30 days of receipt using the form below. We will review the charges and issue a correction or refund as appropriate. All billing disputes are handled directly by Erik.
Cancellation
Retainer agreements and ongoing service contracts may be canceled with 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced at the applicable rate. No cancellation fees apply.
Service Terms
Work is performed on a time-and-materials basis unless a fixed-price scope is agreed upon in writing. Rates vary by service type and are confirmed before work begins. On-site work within the greater Los Angeles area is included; travel outside the service area may incur additional charges.
